Public Records Requests Public records requests for all three University of Washington campuses are handled by the Office of Public Records and Open Public Meetings. Members of the public wishing to make requests should review the information at the office’s Web site: depts.washington.edu/pubrec/index.shtml Faculty and staff of all campuses—Bothell, Seattle and Tacoma—may not answer public records requests themselves and are required by statute to forward all requests to the Office of Public Records and Open Public Meetings.
