This form is for UWT faculty that would like to request new Blackboard 7 courses.

  1. Create a New Bb 7 Account
    If you already did this, skip to step 2.
  2. Fill out the Request a NEW Bb Course(s) Form below.

Please list the course ID and the title of all the courses you are requesting.

When you are finished, press the Submit button. You will receive an automated email confirming that your request was received. Please note that it may take several days before the process is complete. We will notify you when your new courses are ready for use.
