Julia has been with UW Tacoma since 1997 and joined the Milgard School of Business in May of 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University. She is a member of the UW Professional Staff Association, UW Tacoma Staff Association and the National Academic Advising Association. In her free time, she enjoys fly fishing, traveling to the dry side of the state, and spending quality time with family and friends.
