Ninth Annual Business Leadership Awards: Registration & Program
The Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington Tacoma and Heritage Bank are proud to present the Ninth Annual Business Leadership Awards program recognizing outstanding business achievement in the South Sound Region. A panel of judges composed of Milgard School of Business faculty and Advisory Board members will select winners from the South Puget Sound for Business Leadership Awards in the following categories:
- BUSINESS LEADER OF THE YEAR - for businesses with 50 or more employees
- SMALL BUSINESS LEADER OF THE YEAR - for businesses with fewer than 50 employees
- NON-PROFIT OR GOVERNMENT BUSINESS LEADER OF THE YEAR

Registration for this event will open in January 2010.
Registration Fee
- Single Registration: $125 per person
- Table Registration: $1000 per table

Refund Policy
If you register and cannot attend, a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $35 processing fee will be granted if requested two weeks prior to the event. If you cancel within two weeks of the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your fee, less the $35 processing fee. No refunds will be granted to attendees who fail to cancel prior to the day of the event. If you are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place.
Terms and Conditions
The Milgard School of Business reserves the right to cancel the event for any circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of the University will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Attendees who incur any expenses (including but not limited to nonrefundable airline tickets) in anticipation of attending the event do so at their own risk. Submission of this registration form acknowledges acceptance of these provisions.
