Tuition Payment Plan
The Tuition Payment Plan is a program offered by UW Tacoma, which allows students to make their tuition payment in three installments.
There is a $10 service charge for participating that is due with the first payment.
Enrollment forms are made available at the Cashier's office located on the third floor of the Mattress Factory building (on the brochure rack to the left of the Cashier's window) two weeks prior to the beginning of each new quarter. A completed form accompanied by the first payment must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the due date in order to be accepted into the plan; postmarks will not be accepted.
The due dates are always the first, third and fifth Fridays of the quarter, if the initial payment isn't received by the deadline you will not be accepted into the program, the remaining two payments are each subject to a $55 late fee if they're not made on time.
Payments may be made by cash, check or money order only, do not send payment plan payments to the Seattle campus, all payments must be processed by the UW Tacoma Cashier's office.
If the Fiscal Specialist isn't available, you may enroll and make payments via the drop box located down the hallway to the right of the cashier's window.
