• For student organizations, the Student Involvement office can help.
• For class projects, ask your academic program for assistance.
• For an individual, find a faculty or staff member to sponsor your event.

If you are a UW Tacoma faculty or staff member:

• Submit Use of University Facilities Space Request Form.

If you are a community member not directly affiliated with the campus:

• Contact Conference Services who will work with you to ensure your event’s success.
