Enrollment Management Committee Mission: To interpret enrollment trends, patterns and projections and to influence all institutional divisions and units in meeting UW Tacoma's enrollment goals within a framework of collaboration, continued growth and community transformation. Vision: Enrollment management at UW Tacoma embraces the concept that systematic coordination and communication of activities influencing students' decisions to attend, transition to, persist and graduate will help the University to achieve its principal institutional goals. These goals include the development of a campus-wide culture of collaboration and cooperation, planned growth with access for qualified students to higher education, and participation in a diverse and increasingly complex community and world. Each institutional division and unit shares direct responsibility for aspects of managing enrollment. The Enrollment Management Committee strives to foster supportive and effective interaction among these constituencies in the interest of UW Tacoma's commitment to student success. Informed by institutional data, key performance indicators and input from its members, the Enrollment Management Committee monitors enrollment data, discusses their implications and makes recommendations to appropriate bodies within the campus organizational structure to achieve optimal enrollments.
