Use of University Facilities (UUF)
The UW Tacoma UUF Implementation Committee of the University of Washington Committee on the Use of University Facilities has been delegated the authority to regulate the use of all campus facilities under RCW 28B.20.130 (1) and WAC 478-036.
The Committee has established policies, guidelines and procedures for this use by UW Tacoma students, faculty and staff and by members of our surrounding community. The links on this page will direct you to these guidelines and procedures and will help you through the process of reserving campus space.
*All requests for the use of university facilities require completion of a space request form that includes approvals as appropriate from responsible UW Tacoma officials. When applicable, the approvals are necessary for an event to take place.*
