Campus Equipment Available for Checkout
Technology equipment is available for checkout by UWT students. To check out an item, visit one of the locations listed below during office hours. You will be asked to provide your current Husky Card for identification. For more information, please review our checkout policies.

So How Does It Work?
If you are a current UWT student, you may check out a notebook computer (laptop) for 48 hours at a time. Checkouts are also allowed over the weekend and during some holiday periods (see checkout schedules). You may have only one laptop checked out at the same time. If you check in a laptop after it is due, you will receive a warning. After a second late return within any 90-day period, you will automatically lose all equipment checkout privileges for 90 days. New! Extend your checkout... Effective Autumn 2008, the one-day waiting period no longer applies. You may bring in the laptop before its due time and immediately check it out again (subject to availability).
About This Site
This site is being beta tested and currently shows notebook computers (laptops) available to students only. In the future, we may expand the system to include all media equipment that is available for checkout to UWT students, faculty, and staff.

Location Hours and Checkins
Equipment must be checked in by the due date during the checkout location's business hours. It is the customer's responsibility to know the business hours of the checkout location so the item can be returned on time. Refer to the table above for regular business hours and year-round hours for special schedules during summer, quarter breaks, and holidays. View checkout schedules for weekend and holiday variations.
