Distinguished Teaching Award Committee

Charge:

• This committee requests nominations from faculty and students for the Distinguished Teaching Award. They review nominee materials and make a recommendation to the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for the recipient of the award.

Membership:

• The Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs appoints the committee to be comprised of the chair of the Alumni Association or designee, the president of ASUWT or designee, the recipient of the previous year's award and a faculty member from each of four academic programs other than the program represented by the previous year's awardee.
