Computer Services

Computer Services is a division of Information Technology. We provide a wide range of innovative design and technology support services for UWT:

• Academic computing including computer classrooms, computer open labs and specialized labs
• Administrative computing including office desktop, calendaring system and student information system (SIS)
• Campus Web Design including web master, administrative and academic web pages
• Classroom Equipment Installation including computer classrooms, Smart classrooms, presentation classrooms and meeting rooms
• Data Center including the servers and SAN
• Lab and classroom design including the classrooms and labs in Phase 2B
• Network infrastructure including local area network (LAN) and wireless local area network (WLAN)
• Research and Development including the technology trials in the Innovative Technology Lab
• Software Support including Microsoft Campus Agreement, site licenses and installation services
• Telecommunications including voice and data services such as office telephone and ISDN video conferencing
