Check your Version

Please review your currently installed software to see if you need anything in the toolkit. Dreamweaver is the most important title to upgrade. View Dreamweaver versions installed on campus PCs.

How to Order

As always, please submit a Computer Services Help request with the software title(s) and budget code.  If you are not authorized to submit purchase requests, please coordinate with your supervisor.

Reasons to Upgrade

  • If you are using older or alternative webmaster software, you will miss out on many features that can simplify your work and improve the results.
  • IT is currently working on the next-generation UWT template system, which will require Dreamweaver templates.
  • Software training opportunities are geared to the latest version.
  • The software in the tool kit is fully supported by IT and used by your colleagues across the campus.  When we all use the same tools, everything tends to go more smoothly.

Follow Our Lead

Whether you edit pages in Homesite, HotDog, Frontpage, or Notepad, it's time to get on the UWT Dreamweaver bandwagon.  The Computer Services web development staff, all Homesite lifers, are even making the switch.  In fact, this page was created in Dreamweaver. When you need assistance with Dreamweaver, Computer Services will be working right along with you. This is a win-win situation.

If you have questions, contact James Woods or Kris Symer.  Thanks!
