Directions to UW Tacoma

  • From I-5 take the Tacoma City Center exit #133 onto I-705.
  • Keep left to stay on I-705.
  • Exit from the right lane at S. 21st Street.
  • Turn left (West) onto S. 21st Street.

Parking

  • Parking is limited. See campus map for available parking.
  • Campus and Diamond parking does not have in and out privileges.
  • The ot at the intersection of S. 21st Street and C Street is a short-term lot (up to 5 hours) for $4.
  • The lot at S. 21st Street and Jefferson is $7 per day.
  • Other lots surrounding campus vary in price.
  

Directions to Tacoma Dome Garage

  • From I-5 take the Tacoma City Center exit #133 onto I-705.
  • Keep right and follow the signs for the Tacoma Dome exit at East 26th Street.
  • Turn right (East) at East 26th St.
  • Turn left (North) at East 'D' Street.
  • Turn right (East) at Puyallup Avenue
  • Turn right (South) at East 'E' Street into the west tower of the Tacoma Dome Parking Garage.

Parking

  • Parking at the Tacoma Dome Garage is free and has unlimited in and out priviledges.
  • The Link Light Rail is on the 3rd Level on the south side of the garage. The train runs every 10 minutes between 6 a.m and 8 p.m. The trip from the Tacoma Dome to UW Tacoma takes approximately three minutes.
