Refund Policy

If you register and cannot attend, a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $2 processing fee will be granted if requested at least one week prior to the event. No refunds will be given if you cancel less than one week (7 days) before the event. If you are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place.

Terms and Conditions

The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event for any circumstances beyond their control. The total amount of liability will be limited to a full refund of the registration fee. Attendees who incur any expenses (including but not limited to nonrefundable airline tickets) in anticipation of attending the event do so at their own risk. Submission of this registration form acknowledges acceptance of these provisions.
