    • Biography:

      Jon joined the Milgard School of Business staff in March of 2012 and is the International Student Advisor and Recruiter for undergraduate students. Jon is originally from Seattle and attended University in Portland, Oregon. After completing his undergraduate degree and meeting his beautiful wife, they left the United States and taught English in mainland China for 3 years. Upon returning from China, he finished his Master's degree in Intercultural Communications and worked for 7 years as the Director of the Kaplan International Center at Highline Community College. During his time at the Kaplan International Center, he recruited and supported newly arrived students in the US with English acquisition and college admissions. Jon loves the Pacific Northwest and is excited to continue helping International students pursue their educational and careers goals here at UW Tacoma.
