Biography
Eric Madfis became a member of UW Tacoma's faculty in the fall of 2012. His research interests are in juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice, theoretical criminology,
homicide and interpersonal violence, school crime and security, youth subculture and
counterculture, masculinities and crime, and hate crime and supremacist groups. His
most recent scholarship explores perceptions of and reactions to threats of rampage
shootings in American public schools.
