Kim Davenport has been a part of the UW Tacoma community since 1999, working in various roles for several of the academic programs, and most recently, managing the start-up of the Center for Urban Waters, UWT's first off-campus research center. She is delighted to join the Undergraduate Education team in Autumn 2013 as Core Coordinator and lecturer. Kim earned her Master of Music from Northwestern University and holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington. When not core coordinating or teaching humanities courses for the core, she plays and teaches the piano, enjoys photography, and runs the occasional marathon.
