Other work experience includes planning and coordinating children's language programs with the American Cultural Exchange, conducting assessments and developing accommodations for adults with learning disabilities, and teaching English as a foreign language with the U.S. Peace Corps, Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa. Currently state board member and representative for international affairs/International Federation of University Women for the American Association of University Women of Washington.
