SSMP Meeting Log
For every meeting with your mentor/mentee, please submit a Meeting Log. These provide documentation that meetings are occurring and can also serve as a reflective tool and guide for future discussion and action.
Meeting logs are meant to be filled out collaboratively. Therefore, please dedicate an appropriate amount of time during each meeting with your mentor/mentee to complete one together.
