Access or submit a new meeting log here
Meeting logs provide documentation that meetings are occurring, but more than this, they are a reflective tool and will help you find deeper significance in the work you are doing as a mentor. All meeting logs submitted are saved securely online.
Once you have submitted your first meeting log and you are ready to submit your second log (and every one thereafter), simply click the "Take survey again" link. You can also view your previously submitted logs in the "View Prior Submissions" box.
