Admission requirements for the Dual Enrollment Program

For students with 0-44 college-level transferable credits:

  1. Completion of the college academic distribution requirements
  2. GPA of 2.00 or better in high school (and college, if applicable)
  3. Submission of SAT or ACT scores

For students with 45 or more college-level transferable credits:

  1. Completion of the college academic distribution requirements
  2. GPA of 2.00 or better in college

For students who are currently enrolled at UW Tacoma:

  1. Complete the TCC application and UWT Dual Enrollment form
  2. You must be in good academic standing at UW Tacoma
  3. To ensure the courses you intend to take at TCC will meet your major requirements, consult with an adviser before applying. If you are a freshman, sophomore or undeclared student contact the General Education Center (253-692-4740); if you are a junior, senior or have declared a major contact your academic program adviser.
