Transfer Priority Scholarship Consideration
Apply for Autumn by February 15 to be considered for up to $1,500 in scholarships!
UW Tacoma has established a new Priority Scholarship Consideration Date for transfer students applying for Autumn Quarter. Transfer students who apply for admission by February 15 will automatically be considered for a special pool of scholarships based on need and merit.
- Awards are based on information included in your application.
- To determine financial need, students must submit a FAFSA form.
- Your application must be completed by February 15 and accompanied by two official transcripts from each college or university attended.
- Financial aid and other scholarships are also available if you apply after February 15, including the Next Step Scholarship. You must apply separately for these funding sources.For best financial aid consideration, submit your FAFSA no later than February 28.
- Priority application dates for each of UW Tacoma's academic programs varies. Applying by February 15 does not affect the status of your application to your program of choice.
