Checklist for newly admitted pre-majors

The following materials should be submitted to Enrollment Services in GWP 102:

• Enrollment Confirmation Fee (ECF) of $100
• Certificate of Immunization Status Form
• Final High School Transcript (if applicable)
• Official Final College Transcript
