Welcome to Global Honors
Upcoming event:
Learn more about Global Honors at the SUMMER RECEPTION August 7
The Global Honors Program is UW Tacoma's interdisciplinary upper-division honors program. It provides highly motivated students an enriched and sophisticated understanding of the world and their place in it, at a time when global interactions are transforming the planet.
The Program accepts applications from juniors (or mid-year sophomores) in any undergraduate major who maintain a 3.5 grade point average or better.
With core courses organized as seminars, study abroad opportunities, a culminating thesis or essay, individual attention and special benefits, Global Honors adds substantially to the UW Tacoma experience for those students who are ready to think on a deeper level in order to expand their capabilities.
