- UW Benefits Office

- UW Tacoma faculty and staff enjoy a full range of benefits provided to all UW employees. The UW Benefits Office in Seattle is the main point of contact for benefits-related issues. Detailed information and forms are available on the UW Benefits Home Page.The NEW On-line Benefits Orientation allows new or continuing employees to learn about their benefits choices; compare coverage options, signup for in-person orientation and even walk through the complete enrollment process without leaving your desk!
- UW Disability Services Office

- UW Tacoma is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, activities, education, and employment for individuals with disabilities. Current staff and faculty should request disability accommodation by contacting UWT Human Resources or the UW Disability Services Office.
- Students can request accomodation through UWT Disability Support Services.
- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- ESS allows you to view your personal benefits information on a secure web site. Login to ESS using your UW NetID and password. A handy link is also available from MyUW. ESS site contains up-to-date employment information including your address, earnings, taxes, insurance, retirement/savings, vacation, sick leave.

- The Office of the Ombudsman is a University resource for preventing, managing and resolving conflict among students, staff and faculty.

- A variety of documents on HR topics such as employee recognition, probation/trial periods, salary adjustments, and overtime.

- Suggestions for rewarding and recognizing your employees! We want to retain the employees we have and encourage them to develop at UW Tacoma, both personally and professionally.
- UW Work/Life

- The Work/Life Office supports University staff, faculty and students in meeting their work and family needs through consultation and referral to campus and community resources. Information and material about child care, elder care, flexible work options and other issues that impact individuals at any stage of their life cycle.
