Accident Reporting
Employees should report all work-related injuries and illnesses or near miss incidents to your supervisor as soon as possible. Anyone may now submit an accident report via the Online Accident/Incident Reporting System (OARS), not just the supervisor. The report should be submitted to Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) within 24 hours

Employee Self Service (ESS)
ESS allows you to view your personal benefits information on a secure web site. Login to ESS using your UW NetID and password. A handy link is also available from MyUW. ESS site contains up-to-date employment information including your address, earnings, taxes, insurance, retirement/savings, vacation, sick leave.
