- American Social Hygiene Posters - This collection contains posters from the 1920's to the 1970's that promote health and hygiene, offered by the University of Minnesota's Social Welfare History Archives.
- Atlas of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy - Contains endoscopic images of the human gastrointestinal system, credited to the Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Unit of Tenet South Fulton Medical Center, Georgia.
- Brain Biodiversity Bank Atlases - Contains images of and information about brain specimens contained in the collections of the National Museum of Health and Medicine at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C.
- DermAtlas - A large collection of dermatology images from over 300 contributors from around world, supported by John Hopkins University.

- Images from the History of Medicine - Almost 60,000 images from from History of Medicine Division of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, including photography, prints and graphic art.
- Images.MD: the Online Encyclopedia of Medical Images (UW restricted) - Contains over 50,000 medical images from more than 90 collections that cover the entire spectrum of clinical medicine. Each image is accompanied by detailed text written by over 2,000 experts.
- Medscape Professional - Offers medical information and educational tools, designed for health care professionals, including a searchable collection of images.
- National Library of Medicines Visible Human Project - High resolution cryosectional color images of human anatomy from the U.S. National Library of Medicine's Visible Human Project.
- Public Health Images - Provides electronic access to the Center for Disease Control's large collection of photographs and images.
- The Whole Brain Atlas - A collection of neuroimages of normal brains, as well as those suffering from tumors and strokes. The site was created by a collaboration between Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, the Countway Library of Medicine, and the American Academy of Neurology.
- Urbana Atlas of Pathology - Contains images of general, cardiovascular, endocrine, pulmonary, and renal Pathology, as collected by the late Professor Donald Thursch of the New York Medical College.
