The EMP program is designed to serve individuals with a non-business or technical background who are looking to build business acumen. While developing superior leadership skills, participants gain insights into business strategy, marketing, accounting and financial analysis, project management, and global business.
Our program supports experienced managers gain a stronger foundation in current business theory and practice and managers who have experience in one area and want exposure to other areas to qualify for positions of increased responsibility. The program also provides a valuable learning experience for technical experts making the transition into management roles. For those considering an MBA, the Essentials of Management Program serves as a preview to our highly-regarded MBA program for working professionals.

The EMP runs on Monday nights from September 11 - November 27, 2017. Sessions begin at 5:30pm and end at 8:30pm.
