  1. Welcomed new members James Woods from IT and Lorna Sablon CSS.

 

2.    Reviewed Accident/Incident report

a. Determined protocol

                                                               i.      5 minutes to review

                                                             ii.      Open it up to discussion

                                                            iii.      If problems found e-mail EHS, if no comments no action is taken.

 

      b. Determined the report required not action

 

  1. Discussed subjects brought up by constituents

      a.  Overgrown shrubs in plaza being dangerous

—facilities had hired a landscaper and taken care of problem

 

    1. Weekend emergencies—do we need weekend wardens?

--discussions need to happen with the owners of Harmon

 

c. Student participation in the committee-has been poor, hoping it will increase in the future.

                                                               i.      Safety Placards in all rooms-any extra’s needed call facilities
