Key and Card Access

UW Tacoma utilizes a card-operated security system to control after-hours access to buildings and access to most computer labs and classrooms. Most individual offices are secured with standard key locks. All key and card access requests are handled online:

Use this form if you:

• Are a new employee who needs key or card access
• Need to change your access card to enter other buildings or rooms
• Need to change your access card for a change in your working hours
• Have lost or had stolen your office key or access card
• Are having problems with your keys or access card not working
