Resisting Aggression with Defense (RAD) for Men

Did you know:

  • 50% of men will be hit or punched in their lifetime
  • Both male and female offenders are more likely to target male victims than female victims
  • Men are more than twice as likely as women to be the victim of a violent crime
  • Violence against men is not restricted by class, age or race — it can happen to any man.

If you were confronted or attacked, what would you do? How would you react? Resisting Aggression with Defense (RAD) training can be your tool to defend against these attacks.

Resisting Aggression with Defense (RAD)

The programs primary focus is the realistic development of basic self defense options for men, before and during imminent or actual assault.

You will learn

  • How not to resemble a victim
  • Recognize aggressive behavior
  • How to avoid aggressive behavior
  • Physical self-defense techniques

RAD has a lifetime return policy. Once you successfully complete a RAD class, you can refresh your skills by attending any RAD class, anywhere, for free for the rest of your life. The primary reason we are offering these classes are for our students, however faculty, staff, friends, family and anyone else interested are more than welcome and encouraged to attend.

This course is open to men only. We also offer an Rape Aggression Defense course for women and an advanced RAD course for women.
