UW Tacoma's Office of Campus Housing provides resources and information about options for students wishing to live off-campus in the Tacoma area. Listings are posted and are updated on a regular basis.

Listings

To review current listings please visit the Housing Listings. These listings are updated every Monday and include listings available over the past month. Students should contact landlords directly about rentals/properties.

Posting Information

Landlords interested in posting on our Off-Campus Housing website should email their listing(s) to uwthouse@u.washington.edu . There is no cost to this service. The listing will be posted for 1 month and may be continued if requested.

Listings should be on one page and should be sent as an attachment in a word or pdf document. Listings should include cost, location, amenities, and a contact phone number. Pictures may be included in advertisements. A sample listing is provided in (pdf) form for your convenience.
