Admission to the University of Washington carries the expectation that students will conduct themselves with the highest standards of respect for the environment, the educational purpose, the campus community, and the principles of higher education. All members of the University of Washington community (including members on all three campuses) should be familiar with the University of Washington Student Conduct Code
, which outlines the specific expectations of behavior, but also the process for disciplinary sanctions.

the University of Washington Student Conduct Code
, please complete the Student Conduct Incident Report Form
and return it to Julie Draper in the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (Box 358403). If the situation requires immediate response, please contact Campus Safety at 253-692-4416. If the situation is a medical, fire or police emergency, please call 911.
