Welcome To Student Life
5th Annual OSCARS
Student Life serves as the hub for student leadership and service.
The myriad of opportunities for involvement serve to enrich and complement student learning.
In their roles as active University community members, students explore challenging issues and divergent ideas, discover their strengths and talents, and build the capacity to make humane and informed decisions.
The life and culture of UWT is intrinsically shaped by this process of inquiry, engagement, and actualization.
What we do...
Student Life serves as the hub for student leadership and involvement.
Student Life supports student organizations , student government and publications. We coordinate and facilitate campus events and activities, and manage student funds, policies and procedures. Additionally we manage the Childcare Assistance Program.
Through Student Life, students will find resources for starting new student organizations, planning activities and events, and training and seminar opportunities. Student Life also serves as a resource center for housing, healthcare, childcare referral contacts, and more.
Campus involvement is one of the best ways to work with people outside of the classroom, have fun and elevate your UWT experience. Stop by MAT108 or email uwtlife@u.washington.edu to find out more.

Student Life also serves as the hub for Student Organizations and student involvement opportunities many of which include:
- Student Publications such as the Ledger and Tahoma West
- Associated Students of UWT (ASUWT) and it's various committees
- Various student events and activities.
