SAFC Addendums
On June 8, 2006, The Board of Regents approved the present version of the Services and Activities Fee Committee (SAFC) Guidelines. According to the guidelines addendum's to the guidelines can be made by the Services and Activities Fee Committee under the following guidelines:
ADDENDUM'S TO THE SAFC GUIDELINES

An addendum process shall be instituted to address unanticipated concerns by the Committee and campus community

Any voting or non-voting member of the Committee may submit, in writing, an Addendum to this document.
- The addendum will be valid for no more than the current fiscal year in which it was proposed.
- The addendum must be voted on and approved by both a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the voting members and subsequent written approval by the Chancellor.
The addendum's which have been recommended by the Services and Activities Fee Committee and approved by Chancellor Spakes for the 2006-2007 academic year are below.
