SAFC Applications

ASUWT officially recommends students to the UW Tacoma Chancellor to serve as part of the SAFC. This university committee, comprised of students and ex-officio advisers, work to allocate funds from a student fee-based budget annually. Serving as an SAFC member is a very rewarding volunteer opportunity to serve the campus community while ensureing that student fees are spent appropriately. Some of the programs funded by SAFC are The Ledger (school newspaper, ASUWT (student government), Student Activities Board (SAB), Childcare Assistance Program (CAP), Recreation and Fitness facilities, Student Engagement, and many other student services, programs, and funding sources.
