Campus Fitness Center

The University of Washington Tacoma's Campus Fitness Center (CFC) is an exercise facility intended to serve UW Tacoma's community of students, faculty, and staff. Numerous benefits (including physical, emotional, mental and social) are derived from participation in physical activity and overall fitness. The Campus Fitness Center and its staff are dedicated to developing and maintaining a health oriented environment which promotes and enhances the daily lives of its users and complements the University's mission.

The Campus Fitness Center is free for all UW Tacoma students, faculty and staff. The UW Tacoma Campus Fitness Center provides an ADA accessible and friendly atmosphere. All users must have a valid ID to enter the facilities as well as complete the Campus Fitness Center User Agreement.

Our facility features Precor treadmills, ellipticals, and bicycles; Cybex multi-station workout area; Bench-press system; Free-weight dumbell lifting area; Stretching and cool-down area; and day use lockers.
