Spring Quarter 2014 Fitness Classes & Events Schedule
March and April 2014
*Yoga - In partnership with Expand Yoga, UWT students will be able to attend yoga classes at Expand Yoga on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please see the link for schedule and location: Expand Yoga Classes.
*Edgeworks Day - In partnership with Edgeworks, UW Tacoma students will be able to rock climb and utilize fitness classes at Edgeworks facility. Pick up passes in the Campus Fitness Center (limit 1 per day and 3 per week).
*Barre253 - In partnership with Barre253, UW Tacoma students can access up to 3 fitness classes per week at the Barre253 studios. Please see the link for schedule and location.
*Personal Trainer - In partnership with the YMCA, a personal trainer will be available to students (free of charge) in the Campus Fitness Center. Please contact email@example.com for additional details.
*Handlebars Cycling Studio - In partnership with Handlebars Cycling Studio, the first 20 UW Tacoma students can take a cycling class free of charge. Please visit: Handle Bar Cycling Studio for more information.
*Sounders v Rapids - 4/26/14; Century Link Field; 1:00pm; $5 for students and $24.00 for non-student; Tickets on sale in Mat 103.
*Soccer - Drop in format; 9pm-Midnight; Pacific Sport Center. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
*Volleyball - Drop in format; 7:30p-10pm; Old Grey Middle School. Please contact email@example.com for details.
*Crossfit Registration - In partnership with Tacoma Strength, UW Tacoma students and staff can participate in 2 free crossfit classes per week. You must register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
*Kayak Registration - oUWTdoor Rec will be going on a kayak trip on April 26th. Registration is $10 and is available in MAT 103. Please contact email@example.com for additional information.
