Spring Breakaway
Spring Breakaway is the University of Washington Tacoma's alternative spring break program offering students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to spend their spring break volunteering and serving others.
The Spring Breakaway experience is a real example of the University's mission to "educate diverse learners and transform communities by expanding the boundaries of knowledge and discovery." Each year, UW Tacoma students will graciously donate their spring break in order to depart on a journey that breaks away from the comforts of everyday living to assist those in need.
