Payment method
Submitting payment through PayPal using VISA, MasterCard or Discover is our preferred method of payment & will speed up the registration process.

If do not wish to submit your registration electronically, you may print and mail the Career Fair Registration Form Adobe PDF file with a check (please make sure your company name is on the check so that payment can be matched up to your registration). Mailed forms and accompanying payment must be received by April 1, 2013. Mailing instructions can be found below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received a month or more in advance - Full refund
  • Cancellations received 2-4 weeks in advance - Full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee for profit, $25 cancellation fee for non-profit/government
  • Cancellations received less than 2 weeks in advance - No refund
