On-Campus Recruiting
The On-Campus Recruiting Program, offered through Student Services at UW Tacoma is a great way to increase your company's visibility on campus.
Information Table: $50
- Date/Time/Location will be posted on the Student Affairs calendar
- Date/Time/Location information will be sent to the appropriate student lines
- Table in a high-traffic location on campus during the student lunch hour (12:25-1:30 pm), includes 30 minutes for set-up and break-down
Information Session: $100
- Date/Time/Location will be posted on the Student Affairs calendar
- Date/Time/Location will be sent to the appropriate student lines
- Available time: 11:00-3:00 pm (includes 30 minutes for set-up and break-down)
- On campus room reserved to present information to students from 12:25-1:30 pm (student lunch hour)
Auditorium Presentation & Information Table or Session: $200
- Auditorium includes use of media equipment
- Choice of information table or session from 11:00-3:00 pm
- Date/Time/Location will be posted on the Student Affairs calendar
- Date/Time/Location will be sent to the appropriate student lines
- Auditorium presentation is scheduled for 12:25-1:30 pm (student lunch hour)
On Campus Interviews-Basic: $100
- 1 or 2 rooms reserved for interviews based on employer need
- Employer is responsible for collecting application materials and contacting students for their appropriate interview time
- Job announcement and information is sent to the appropriate student lines
On Campus Interviews-Deluxe: $200
- Students will submit application materials via Career Center
- Career Center will serve as main point-of-contact for students
- Job announcement will be sent to the appropriate student lines
- Application materials will be sent to the employer via email or mail after deadline date
- Career Center will schedule interviews with selected students
- Administrative support on interview day
- Continental breakfast for recruiters
- Interview rooms reserved based on employer need
