Off Campus Housing Listings

Housing listings are updated every Monday and include listings available over the past two months. Students should contact landlords directly about rentals/properties.

Posting Information

Landlords interested in posting on our Off-Campus Housing website should email their listing(s) to uwthouse@u.washington.edu . There is no cost to this service. The listing will be posted for 2 months and may be continued if requested.

Listings should be on one page and should be sent as an attachment in a word or pdf document. Listings should include cost, location, amenities, and a contact phone number. Pictures may be included in advertisements. A sample listing is provided in (pdf) form for your convenience.
