Chancellor's Club The Chancellor’s Club provides an important vehicle for donors to expand educational opportunity, improve the quality of the workforce, and enhance the civic, social and cultural fabric of the community. Private contributions play a special role in the University of Washington, Tacoma’s continuing development. Whether giving financial assistance to deserving students, encouraging faculty scholarship, enhancing facilities and equipment, or strengthening UWT’s connection with the community, private contributions create a margin of excellence that state support alone cannot provide. A gift of $1,000 or more can help fund many things that enable UWT to offer a wider, richer and more hands-on range of educational experiences for students and more effective outreach to the community than state funding alone could pay for. This education will help graduates lead richer lives and contribute more significantly to the region’s quality of life and economic vitality. Your annual gift of $1,000 or more to the University of Washington, Tacoma qualifies you to belong to the prestigious Chancellor’s Club. If your gift of a lesser amount is matched and the total of your contribution and the matching portion equals $1,000 or more, you will also qualify.
