Registration begins on February 22. There is a two week window (February 22 - March 7) when current students will need to see their Faculty Adviser. Please drop by your Faculty Advisers office and sign up for a meeting time to visit with your Faculty Adviser.
- Most information that you need to know (i.e. registration period, time shedule and important dates) can be found on this website: Class Schedule and Registration Guide
- Meet with your faculty adviser between February 22 and March 7 to discuss your degree plan. There are sign in sheets posted to all Faculty Adviser doors, please sign up for your advising time. Office Hours for Faculty are here. It's also important to come prepared. Students who have a major "TPRCSS" or "TPRCES" are REQUIRED to meet with their faculty adviser. Not sure what your major code is? Open your MyUW account and you'll find it.
- What should I register for?
- First you should run your DARS report in your MyUW account. By selecting your major from the Tacoma List, a report will display and show you all the courses that you have taken and what is left to complete your degree.
- Also we encourage you to follow one of the below degree plans to help with scheduling your courses.
- Do you need to find an elective outside of the major? Do you need to satisfy a graduation requirement(area of knowledge - I&S, VLPA, etc.)? Use the Time Schedule Quick Search tool.
- Are you interested in enrolling in an Internship? Click here for more details.
- Are you intersted in TCSS 498 Directed Readings in CSS or TCSS 499 Directed Research in CSS? Click here for more details.
- Do you need add codes to register? New students who are coded as TPRCSS or TPRCES are REQUIRED to register with add codes. After you meet with your faculty adviser, s/he will request add codes for you via e-mail. You will recieve your add codes via e-mail.
