Apply to Be a Student

An application for the 2009 program may be downloaded here. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis. However, no applications will be reviewed prior to the deadline of June.

If you would like to request an information packet which includes the 2009 application, then please send a request (including your name and mailing address) to uwtech.

Please send your completed application AND a photocopy of the student's last progress report to:

Returning Students

Students are admitted to the program on a yearly basis. Students who are interested in being involved for multiple years must apply each year for which they desire to be involved.
