Admission Requirements
The best way to prepare for an undergraduate degree in technology is to lay the foundation in high school with classes in mathematics, science, communications, and computers.
Students still in high school should take four years of English and mathematics, three years of science, three years of social science, and become fluent in the use of computers and software. High School students interested in applying to the Institute of Technology's Dual Admission program, click here for more information.
Freshmen and sophomores in college should continue to build on that base by taking more advanced math, science, computer programming, and communications courses.
Prospective applicants are urged to begin coursework planning as early as possible to ensure they have completed the necessary prerequisite courses and are ready for the challenging classes of the CSS or CES program.
