Podcasting
is a time-shifting technology
that allows users to listen to
their selected podcasts whenever
they like. This allows students to review not only at their time of convenience, but also at their own pace. Furthermore, because
of the portability of the player
devices, users can listen to audio
files as they go about their daily
activities.
Academic Technologies suggests using Blackboard (Bb) to post links and updates to course recordings, thereby ensuring that only registered students have access to restricted material.

Academic Technologies provides the rendering service for your recorded sessions and distributes them in preferred formats (mp3s, flash video, iPod video, etc.).
Files are usually available for students within twenty-four hours.
