Career Development and Education

Career Development and Education assists undergraduate and graduate students and alumni in developing, evaluating, and implementing career and educational decisions.

While the career development process is life-long, choices made during the college years are particularly significant in setting the foundation for future professional options. The career development process includes discovery of individual strengths and talents, exploring the world of work, and searching for employment or attending graduate school.

During the college experience, students go through individual development along with ongoing self-discovery, and Career Development and Education is here to support students' endeavors toward successful professional growth and life beyond UW Tacoma.
