Student Technology TrainingThe following UWT Student Technology Workshops are paid for by your Student Technology Fees and are available for current UWT students. A UW NetId and login are necessary to register for the workshops. The first time you register for a technology workshop, after you have logged in, the computer will prompt you for your name, email, phone, etc. These workshops are taught by the UWT Swat Team, who are members of the staff of the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology ( TLC ). Please be on time for the workshops. Please withdraw from any workshops you cannot attend. If you have a problem registering, send an email to: tachelp@u.washington.edu . Introduction to Microsoft ExcelThis workshop is designed to help students that are taking courses that require a basic knowledge of Excel. It is an introductory course on Excel.
Writing with Microsoft WordLearn not only basic Word skills but also how to use these skills to format a thesis.
Create presentations with PowerPointLearn not only the basics but also many of the bells and whistles you'll need to create powerful PowerPoint presentations.
Intermediate ExcelThis course could be a follow up to the Introduction to Microsoft Excel Workshop. It would also be a good choice for students that already have a basic knowledge of Excel and want to learn more. We are not currently accepting registrations for Intermediate Excel
