Video ConferencingRequestsTo request the use of video conferencing facilities and services at UW Tacoma, please complete the video conferencing request form. External clients need to fill out the form at least two weeks prior to the conference date. Scheduling Priority
RatesCharges do not apply to UWT faculty and staff. However, there may still be a charge to cover additional labor cost and long distance phone charges. For external clients, rates are $200.00/hr for the first hour (includes administration duties and testing) and $50.00/hr for each additional hour within regular business hours.
